Featured in the Latin American edition of “Su Casa” magazine as a talented young designer, the architecture of Andres Brenes was accredited as being able to harness Eden. As an artist, Andres draws upon his native Costa Rican culture and respect for the environment to create homes which become offerings to nature, flawlessly integrating gardens and trees into his body of work, while staying true to Costa Rican influences, modern originality and international building codes.
From the exquisite hand cut hanging light sculptures of Casa Paraiso, or the rural “Chicharron” cooking pot, purchased roadside in the mountains and brought to be flawlessly polished and fitted as a bathroom sink, the harmonious combination of authentic cultural elements with first class amenities and comfort smoothly culminates into our innovative style of “Contemporary Organic” design. |

Unique to Quepos, all the homes within the gated resort community of La Reserva de Manuel Antonio have been influenced and inspired by the humble beginnings and early traditions of the region as a prominent banana exporting port. Andres pays homage to the historic architectural styles of Quepos by incorporating local characteristics such as wide exterior corridors, which combine living spaces with nature to optimize views and air flow.
Above all, our homes are intimately designed to be lived in and experienced. Andres´s success as an architect is not limited to pleasing aesthetics, but rather his success is gauged through creating a perfect venue for rest and recreation. Whether occupied by owner´s, guests or friends, our goal is to create an atmosphere in which crossing the threshold represents more than just entering a beautiful house - rather it speaks as a unique work of art. |
