From its 450 sq. ft. wrap-around verandah, enjoy 180 degree panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and forest canopy. With an ocean-view balcony Jacuzzi you´ll find yourself beyond contentment in your new home away from home.
Both comfortably and elegantly furnished, the kitchen includes high end appliances. A private Chef may be coordinated for in-home restaurant quality dining. Casa 405 has two bedrooms, each with two queen beds, cable TV, a DVD player and air conditioning. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with stone counters and open-air raindrop showers.
The beautiful private beach is about a seven minute walk from the bungalows, downhill. A private van service may transport guests to and from the beach or around the property. The van operates from 7am until 10pm at night daily.
Casa 405 shares access to an ocean-view, infinity edge swimming pool and of course, great daily sunsets. Monkeys and sloths are often seen in this area as they pass through the trees.

Terms & Conditions of our Luxury Resort in Costa Rica
- Rates include accommodations only
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- Children 10 years and under accompanied by an adult are free
- Pets are not allowed
- $30 for each additional adult per unit per night, plus tax
- 50% deposit due upon request
- Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival
- All payments are non-refundable
- December 18, 2011 to January 2, 2012 require a 7 night minimum stay
- All reservations for travel between December 18, 2011 - January 2, 2012 must be paid in full by June 1, 2011, unless otherwise specified in your confirmation.
