Here we cater to you. We manage the design and construction process from start to finish. From the initial design and permitting process, to budgetary controls and reporting during construction, up to your final personalized finishes and customized interior design, we can make the process easy for you.
Our initial design process begins when our on-staff architect and design team along with developer, Mike Carter, carefully create a design dictated by the terrain and topography of the lot. The architecture will compliment and flow into the extraordinary natural surroundings. Homes often have trees or rock formations incorporated into them as we believe in preserving the natural beauty of the land. We also incorporate as many ocean, mountain and jungle views as possible into our designs to encourage appreciation of the magnificent outdoor life in Costa Rica. All homes are designed and built to international building code standards, and we use only the finest in construction materials and finishes.
Our development´s infrastructure is unique and one-of-a-kind to the area, providing concrete paver streets, a bio waste-water treatment plant, top of the line drainage systems as well as underground utilities. In 2008, we completed the community-based project of constructing a new 4.5 kilometer water main to distribute water to the growing community. We now reap the benefits of continuous high-pressure water to our development.
